Grand design isn’t about the paint colours, flooring materials or accessories you choose. Although these play a significant role, they become inconsequential without first solving fundamental issues, such as spatial layouts and the purpose of each living space.
This is what separates designers from decorators. The latter are only concerned with surface changes, while a professional interior designer creates comfortable and ergonomically optimized living spaces.
Styles and tastes are all relative. My goal is to design spaces that suit my clients’ needs and preferences. Design relates to how something feels to the individual. A good design connects with people and this connection is what makes a design truly grand.
